HCC COMMITTEES and INITIATIVES

Executive
-- Ongoing review of Board and Committee activities.
-- Support moving forward with appropriate initiatives as recommended by the Board and Committees.
-- Discuss and analyze membership dues and fees making recommendations to the Board for appropriate changes.
-- Networking within local political environments to promote the HCC.

Group Purchasing
-- More in-depth review of the top group purchasing needs and desires of employers, i.e., comparative data analysis, wellness, PBM, dental, stop loss.
-- Meet with vendors that are interested in providing group purchasing programs and services.
-- Explore relationships with other Coalitions as relates to group purchasing opportunities, i.e., the BHCGSW; meeting with these coalitions.
-- Ongoing identification of other group purchasing programs.
-- Ongoing evaluation of group purchasing program in place, i.e., cost control, employer satisfaction, service issues, etc.

Provider Network
-- Look at new provider relationships; meet with possible vendors.
-- Explore relationships with other coalitions as it relates to provider network opportunities; meet with these coalitions.
-- Ongoing recommendations regarding provider network relationships, both old and new.
-- Implementation as approved by the Board of any provider network relationships.
-- Ongoing review and evaluation of vendor performance and contracts.
