Through collaboration, the HCC provides ideas and resources to memmber Employers that inform, educate, and collectively purchase and manage the overall cost of employee benefit programs. Through association with the HCC, Member employers can most effectively:

Q. Why should my company consider joining HCC?
The HCC offers it's Member Employers "proprietary" or "preferred" priced employee benefit programs and services. This means that employers in Manitowoc County cannot access the same programs and services with the selected partner vendors at the same level or at the same price. The HCC, through collaborations with it's members and their consultant partner, Mortenson, Matzelle & Meldrum, can be assured that a thorough evaluation of all vendors, and the programs and services they offer, has been conducted. New programs and services are continually being evaluated.
